Standard delivery
Provided your full order is in stock we aim to deliver within 1-5 working days. To find out if an item is in stock, or for an urgent delivery please contact us on 0203 004 9090.

Standard delivery includes England, Scotland and Wales. It excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Islands.

Please note
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9:00pm to 5pm. Orders made after 5pm Friday will not be processed until the following Monday (Unless there is a bank holiday).




Our Returns Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products and we hope you will be pleased with your purchase.  Should you wish to return an item please return your unused item within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to us for an exchange or refund.

Your return order will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. If you wish for us to collect the goods please contact us and we will notify you of the fee. This will then be deducted from your refund total.

We recommend that you use a signed for service and obtain appropriate carriage insurance. We will not be liable for lost or damaged packages in transit.

Returns can alternatively be brought back to our store, please bring proof of purchase.

Custom, or bespoke orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

For goods supplied by us in error, we will arrange free collection. However, we reserve the right to charge a collection fee if the goods are not available on the agreed collection date. We reserve the right to not deliver replacement items.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Should goods be delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and confirm in writing within 24 hours of delivery including images where possible.
 
We reserve the right to reject claims if we are not notified within 24 hours.
